Once your have determined your purchasing power, have gotten pe-approved and selected a real estate agent, it is time to find the right property for you.
Take a Drive

Get to know the neighborhoods, complexes, or subdivisions, which interest you. Drive around and get a feel for what it would be like to own a property in the area. Check out some of the local amenities to see if they offer the lifestyle you are looking for.
Narrow Your Search.
Select a few properties that interest you the most and check to see if they may be on an upcoming Open House Tour. If not, let me know and I will be happy to make appointments to visit them with you. During our showings we will talk about what you like, what you did not like. We will evaluate the asking price over and against the current market conditions for the specific area, and we will talk about the potential long-term resale value of the properties you are considering.
Time to Buy.
Once you have picked out the property you want to purchase, I will help you prepare and offer that the seller will give serious consideration to with the objective of getting your offer accepted. As your agent I will also help you draft your offer in a way that gives you the advantage over other potential offers.
